I just Macgyvered my whole workout for today

So the gym is closed until wednesday ( QQ ). Today was legs/shoulder day so instead of skipping it, I decided to improvise with shit in my room.

Barbell Squats? - thats easy, just did body squats. Oh wait, body squats are horribly painful after many reps.

Leg Extensions? - Strapped my damn backpack to my legs and loaded it with books

Barbell Shoulder Press? - Picked up my fucking guitar and pushed that shit to baby jesus. 

Dumbbell Shrugs? - used the loaded backpack again.

Leg Press? - I couldnt think of shit to do with this, skipped it sadly :’(
