So, bulking complete. Now, time to (try) cutting
I really thought I put on my body fat than this, oh well, I’m not disappointed. I was 167-168lbs back in September 2011 and now I’m 177. So about 9 lbs of weight added, hopefully its mostly muscle but Im pretty sure some fat got in there. Well, Im going to be changing up my diet and doing more cardio to cut down a bit. This is probably going to be the most challenging part.

So last night, something awful happened
I was laying in bed, about to fall asleep, when a fly was buzzing around my ear. I slapped around my head a few times to get it away, but then the most fucking horrible thing happened, IT FUCKING WENT INTO MY GOD DAMN EAR. Yeah, the little fuck crawled its happy ass into my head. Talk about the worst feeling ever man.
It ended up coming out, either with the hydrogen peroxide I poured in my ear...
